(Now, let's discuss.... etc., or whatever you
want.)

i really like the first tracks on this release, it has such
a 'special' feeling to it... suffocating, warm and cold at
the same time but never in-between, strange and... like
another universe... (and the artwork is great too)

too bad the album is a bit unequal, Ghetto Youth is really a
track i want to skip every time - often i only listen to the
first five tracks... tracks 7 to 10 are very good too
though.

his new stuff blows. Shame on him for going sane. I bought
the dvd of his stuff, and i found the documentary
disappointing, he comes off as a bit of a twat i think

Christiansands always does it for me.

I always skip Ghetto Youth, too

i like this album a lot more than i like maxinquaye... i'd
say pretty much every song is excellent... including ghetto
youth, which i think has a really interesting sardonic vibe
to it... i'd say my favourite track is Bad Things, in fact
that is probably my favourite trocly track of all time...
the track makes me think of some really sketchy 70s
documentary footage taken from a raft on a swamp looking on
some sort of human settlement through sparse foliage...

but there are a lot of nice fuckin' tracks on there...
Lyrics of Fury, My Evil is Strong, Sex Drive, etc.

ah, good : )

i'm glad to see people like ghetto youth, even if i don't. -
(just because it means that it's not a bad track, just one
not everyone likes...)
