Al-Losers. That's gold, you should get that broadcast on
Aljazeera, I'm pretty sure the group would collapse shortly
after hearing it.

> i think she was just being forthcoming as to how spains
>decision for party official has created a damaging state
of
>affairs between the two countries
I don't see how you draw that inference from her article.

Zapatero has said one of his immediate priorities would be
fighting terrorism, and today a whitehouse spokesman said
Bush and Zapatero were looking forward to working together.
(see yahoo news )

its not as if spain has announced that it has become friends
with al qaeda, or that it will not co-operate with the 'war
on terror'. It has suggested that it may pull out of iraq,
but thats a separate issue (unless you watch fox new etc).

While I'm at it, here's a good chomsky interview, although
its too old to cover recent events:

well the thing with birthrates is you have an ageing and
shrinking population.. if you want to have socialism have
you to have people to take money from right? in 15 years
something like half the population of spain will be over
50... then with the forced retirement thing... there won't
be enough people to run the jobs....
.... so the only solution is let more immigrants in..
however do to laws they are entiled to more free money from
the goverement taken from working people and the cylce goes
on...
. i don't really know europe feels about immigrants...
here in america it's all good... ps i am a spainaid
myself..my grandparents immigranted here from

>For sure they (Al-Losers) wouldn't have expected the
result
>they achieved but now they've got it they'll be thinking
>'hell we can do this lets give some other country a go'.
>They wont rest until they've got as many countries under
>their thumb as possible.

my point is that al qaeda werent resting anyway. they are a
threat regardless of the spanish election result.

the situation is spain was fairly unique, with aznar
supporting the iraq war against the wishes of the
population, and then blaming eta for the bombs despite their
denials of involvement. if (god forbid) something similar
happened in the uk or us near an election, the repercussions
would not be easily predictable. To suggest that they would
be is very simplistic.

IMHO I think this 'analyst' woman is just trying to scare
people and put a guilt trip on the spanish population .... I
thought the US held democracy to be sacrosanct? what does it
mean to criticise the citizens of another country for the
way they voted?

this logic only holds if the immigrants are unproductive,
which is rarely the case.

"IMHO I think this 'analyst' woman is just trying to scare

You're half right, this letter is directed to scare American
people. But this letter isn't intended to be seen by
Spanish people at all. I doubt this letter has in any way
been actually extended to spanish recipients. It's meant to
make people vote for George Bush, as that entire site is.

ChildrenTalking: why don't you insult the spineless people
in a democratic -- I mean communist -- country that wasn't
attacked by terrorists? Like Germany or France? That's in
better taste!

(i'm sorry i can't respond to xanatos anymore because i'm
too embarrased as he pointed out previously before)

No, I was saying you are 'embarassing' other conservatives
who are able to make sound and factual arguments, in
response to your suggestion that ecnadniarb 'just pull your
pands down and ask osama to stick it to you.'

That kind of talk just solidifies people in their views,
instead of encouraging serious debate and democratic
openness of ideas, as does your refusal to respond to me.

I wish for thickskulled Childrentalking and his trusty
sidekick promo to fuel more of these kind of topics with
their mindless ravings as they were the cause of a highly
enjoyable read tonight.
