I'm in...a band now?!

I decided to give back to Metrognome a bit - sent them a
diddy of me playing keyboard, and now one of their guys
wants to start a side-project, with me as a keyboardist. Oh,
how I miss doing actual live music. I'm excited! :D

i dunno yet - that's what I'm going to find out.

i've been doing a lot of collaborating lately - i do enjoy
it so, and it doesn't drain as much on my inspiration, yet
keeps me productive.

Lady of the Lake

This band is somewhat garage / grunge / (good) alternative
rock and the guy starting this project i'm going to be in is
in this group, however it's a side-project, so i'm betting
it will be avant-garde style stuff, which I don't mind
doing.

dunno if this was the intent, but there is an earpiece
metronome you can buy called "the metrognome" since it's so
small. they give them away at band festivals here.

good to hear you're doing some interesting shit!

yes, it will be nice to take a break from the breakcore
madness, the vocoder loneliness and the 8bit terrorism to do
something more mellow.

and you can rock out on your keyboard like charlie clouser
HAHA, it always looks so funny when keyboardists go nuts and
play at the same time

p.s. oddio did you ever do anything with those 8 bit fuck
shit songs? other than post em on wire

if that's the name of the guy from journey, i'll cut you.
:D

i'd like to think i'll be that mellow guy who never really
talks - who is just chill and calm, and people just look at
him, he doesn't even have to speak, and they say, "yeah,
he's the man."
