Who are your favorite move villains?

I have to say, i always find the villains(atleast good
villains)more exciting that heros, and some cases i even
root for them.

But who are your favorites?
The lady in One Flew Over A Cookoo's Nest comes to mind
first, the most memorabe of them all.

James Earl Jones' character from the first Conan the
Barbarian movie struck and still strikes fear into my heart.
Norman Bates is also a fine villian... very sympathetic.

''SINK, car, SINK!'', how can you NOT root for the guy?

one of my favorite bad-ass villians is the eye-patch guy in
Jon Woo's Hard Boiled. there is a great scene where
he is facing off against chow yun fat and another cop and
all he is armed with is a single-shot targeting pistol.

but he is a villian with a heart of gold though. at another
part in the movie, he allows a room of innocents to clear
before he has a showdown with chow yun fat.

Alexander DeLarge is another of my favorite villians in
Clockwork Orange. but his character is cool because
even though he is so purely evil in the begining, he becomes
the victim in the end, quite pathetic. but because his
transformation is totally artificial, you can almost feel
sorry for him, a man who has lost all power of will.
