Fucking Viagra spam!
Yes I do have a spamfilter and now it filters out everything
but these super annoying mails. Though I never even look at
them and instant delete/block sender (useless I know) it, I
always wonder what,or if any total idiot would respond to a
mail like the one below, or whatever spam for that matter:

"Hello, chief :)
Want to boost .verdi Your sexual Porefrmance?
Save 70% on kViaq§ran's newsteh rival, Cioal1s , a
treattenmK for eecrtiont and imtecnope9 pmrolbes.
C1alis0 is known as a Suprew-Vd1ahgra or Weenked8-ViwagUra
because its efctefs1 start snrooeV and last muchR lnoger

Go three to get mroe info

"

Do they actually expect to get any clients this way? Wtf is
their major malfunction?

Yes. Yes, they do expect to get clients this way. The really
sad thing is that their expectations aren't unfounded. If
nobody was stupid enough to fall for these, they'd stop -
but as it is spam is still a working business model. AFAIK
most get response rates far below 0.1%, but since they're
sending out millions of mails, that's quite enough.

notice how they are using pictures of text now so that you
can't set your spam filter to look for specific words :(

There was an interesting article on the bbc site about how
spam was becoming 'almost huuman' as it tries better and
more convincing methods to convince you that the mail is
from a fellow human, or better yet, a friend.

I got some spam today, and it was from some woman, and it
was asking for donations on paypal, so she could get breast
implants. Whoever donates, will get to see nude pictures of
her.

*shakes head*

Yes, anyone who buys anything a spammer offers has no right
to complain and in fact, they ought to beg for forgiveness
from the rest of us sorry saps who have to switch mail boxes
due to their idiocy.

The latest spate of spam I've been getting cleverly uses a
body of "normal" text (amusingly, an extract from fight
club) to bypass and the actual product info is stored as a
piture.

The sheer volume of spam nowadays means it's no longer a
minor irritation, it's now a very real deterrent to using
email at all.

Offer to do the op for her yourself. Try to meet her and
then cut off her hands.
