I bought vic acid ep
I just noticed that lone ravers and the barn tracks are in
the US big loada
and vic acid is the same version of the album
so all the new I got was the fat controller mix
conclusion: I am near to become a completist, cos I really
didnt need this ep at all.
anyway its a great listen for sure.
are you completists? with what?

I once bought the ventolin maxi (12 tracks) eventhough I had
both ventolins eps
happens to me also with orbital and autechre

yeah, I'm a completist... I bought the BoC Peel Session just
to have it... the Happy Cycling track is on my MHTRTC, and
the other two tracks aren't really worth much... I haven't
listened to it since I bought it...

also I'm a completist with Autechre, and well, most groups I
really get into... now it's Kraftwerk...

the only thing I'm a completist about, or rather, used to
be, was collecting comic books.. I didn't buy one and not
plan to get the rest in the series.. O'course this is for
series of like 4 or 5... huge series I didn't bother much.
But for small sets it's pointless to get one and not be able
to get the whole story. :D

i like buying same cd's again...im doing a list of my albums
and i noticed i bought some cd's twice. im not a completist
tho, if i can find a release new (not used) and if i like
the artist i buy it...but i never buy used stuff - so that
alone doesn't make me a completist :)

haha, you have so many cds that you forget about some of
them and buy them again? That's funny! :)

recently become a completist on vsnares now that i can
afford to.
and in tha last month i've tracked down and bought every
pure release (not compilations, long way to go on that)
except for GHCC, FC/FA, GAFMVASTAYCI, 7sevens, and 1st
pressings of Salt.

almost got 7.sevens but then soundclash started cutting my
order and in the end i cancelled it cos the postage was more
than the order (fucking UPS).

waiting on confirmation for Klangkrieg connected #2 with
Cex.

well you need to get Computer World... I think it's
fantastic, and is better then The Man Machine in my
opinion... besides those two I own Trans-Europe Express, The
Mix, and Tour de France Soundtracks, and each of those are
good... Trans-Europe Express is my least favorite, but it's
still cool... too samey throughout the album really, as it
repeats a lot of the same melodies and stuff in the
different tracks... and some of the vocals are kinda
cheesy... I kinda prefer when Kraftwerk use the vocoder with
their vocals, or when it's not the focus... The Mix and Tour
de France are both great too, but are newer and don't have
the same retro feel that I really like as the others do... I
also have Autobahn and Radioactivity on the computer in
mp3's, and they're cool too...

I also own the man machine too, but you have that...
Computer World and The Man Machine are my two favorites!

uhh, you still have plenty to get...if you intend to
complete kraftwerk :)

i'm a completist sometimes, it depends on the artist and my
cash flow. it's difficult when a lot of the shit is import
only or extremely rare 12" singles etc. so i just try to
get whatever i can, and if i'm lucky pick up the rare stuff
too.

so i'm obviously still looking for 'polygon window - quoth',
'powerpill - pacman' and 'aphex twin - words and music' and
the orange 4tr. come to daddy, all on cd

My goal is to acquire every seefeel release, which is not
all that simple seeing as every of their albums except one
(succour) are out of print. I still need a lot of stuff too
(ch-vox, starethrough EP, Fracture/Tied and a few ambient
compilations featuring some of their rare tracks)

good christ, i'm and AFX CD completist to. i just had to get
the Digeridoo CD after all these years and i finally did
about 2 months ago. think i just need Aphex Singles
Collection (which i really don't even count cause its some
shit Japanese only thing) and Gak CD. fuck the Orange CTD.
looks nice but i've got a version of that release i'm fine
w/

i used to be a Jega completist till i sold my SKA 006 to
some crazed German kid.

i'm most passionate about being a Pusher completist though.
i always blow my own horn about having had three Stereotype
EPs at one point (sold off, just got the one now). the only
real pusher stuff i don't have is the Coopers World/Vic Acid
promo 3" CD (that i don't want), and the I Am Carnal thing
he did w/ that one Richard dude on Lo Rec. (cause that EP
sucks me off)...etc.

im sure none of you will know these titles, but im like that
with a few black metal bands, as their releases are much
more hard to come by than death metal realeses, so this one
band Carpathian Forest, I got their first cd and a Digi Pak
with the one after that and the first one, called "Black
Shinning Leather".... two in one, couldnt pass it up,..... I
love this stuff
