For anyone who gives a shit, or doesn't have these tunes
already, they are online. I even have cover art and
everything!

I'm gonna work on more guitar orientated stuff for the next
while.

EP is here

bye

you didn't say so, but I guess you post for criticism. you
are going to get criticism anyway.

Name your children reminds me a lot of the theme for Silent
Hill 3. I actually get a good SH-feeling when listening to
it. I feel spooked and relieved at the same time. The only
bad thing about the track, are the "drop" sounds which
occasionally appear.. there is one particular right at the
back of the song which annoys me.

Arran Giant was too short to say anything about.

Are we Reaching you was good. Well produced, and good bass.
The drums were tight. I love those organ-ish sounds that
play on top of the string-ish things! what instrument IS
that?

Combine 44x was good, but the melody seems too common. I get
the feeling i've heard it SOOOO many times before.

the organish things? It might be rhodes piano. Really
classic instrument.

no, it sounds more stab-ish (starts and ends abruptly.. like
an organ would). i've played rhodes... they are less
stab-like.

they are all over, actually. they also pan around a bit, I
think...

The instruments are:

Drums
Bass
Some backwards guitar
Rhodes
Strings
Couple of synths
My voice
Voice synth
A harp sound
A juno bell sound.

It has to be one of those.

at around 2:36, they kick in in a greater fashion. now that
i've listened to it in headphones, It seems that it might be
timestretched guitar (but the reverb may be confusing me).

more or less..

strange reverb. sounds like organ or something
timestretched.

it is the instrument that starts playing melody at around
2:36, and then goes back to the two notes.

haha. I have no idea. its either rhodes, guitar, banjo,
hurdy gurdy. I haven't the slightest idea to be honest....
