Downloaded their album yesterday. It was pretty good to
begin with but while listening to the track 'Ride On'
from the album Compass Heart it hit me: This is real quality
stuff!

I (re)comm(e)(a)nd everybody to check this album out who
hasn't done so.

It sounds kind of like dreampop, but much more electronic
and Sarah Peacock's (ex-Seefeel) voice complements the whole
very well with her excellent voice. Their albums are out of
print now, and their stuff is not that easy to find on
soulseek, but nevertheless, if you are interested in
experimental pop with good female vocals try to get a hold
of these tracks or the entire album.

This is great music to listen to late at night I think. I
listened to 'Honey Like' and its the kind of track I can
just let my mind drift. Putting to one side the dreamy
vocals....the track has the same great depth as some of the
Seefeel greats.

Good stuff.

Yeah well, Scala = Seefeel minus Mark Clifford plus Mark van
Hoen, so the similarities are explainable :)
