i just saw "down by law" and i loved it...how could i not with all that cool people in it; tom waits, reberto benigni, john lurie. there's plenty of funny dialogue (as always) and it was filmed in black&white, which just makes it seem more realistic...i love those shots of orleans, like time got stuck 100 years ago... i wish his films would be easier to get a hold of tho...i found this dvd by coincidence yesterday :) so far i saw: -stranger than paradise -down by law -mystery train -night on earth -dead man -year of the horse -ghost dog:the way of the samurai -episode for "ten minutes older:the trumpet" i want to see coffe and cigarettes now, especially the newest one. |

stranger than paradise is my fave. followed by down by law, then dead man. you know, ive found many of these on slsk.. |

hmm, i've never used slsk for films...i just search the same as for mp3's? i have all of the above either on divx, tape or dvd...so now i have only those coffe and cegarettes yet to get. i'll try slsk. |

I saw this film "Blue In The Face" which is a sequel to "Smoke", Jim Jarmush plays a bit part as a character who's trying to quit smoking. Pretty funny scene in the movie.. As an aside, I'm really liking Tom's shoes in that pic. |

depends on what you like i guess..if you want something more like coffe and cigarettes see stranger than paradise and down by law, and if you want something in colours see mystery train and night on earth :) for some action get the way of the samurai. |
