yeah i got some super sweet mastering software and was more
than happy to use tibbar's album as a guinea pig. i'm quite
pleased with how it turned out.

I have an EP finished and I am trying to find a mastering
solution for it. My brother is taking recording and
engineering at the community college and his professor does
both mastering and cd duplication but my brother hasn't
gotten back to me about it yet ..

I read up some on mastering techniques and tried to do some
post production in Cubase but it isn't cutting the mustard.

vp: thanks broham, ill have another 3 track (longer peices
this time) ep done in the next month or so. maybe thatll get
the mastering treatment again if i ask really nicely. ;)

glasse: you cant cut mustard, as it is not really a solid
(more of a liquid actually) and would just get all over your
cd's and tascam.

I could potentially freeze it, and then proceed to saw it,
which is technically a form of cutting. At a slightly
chilled temperature I would say it falls in that category
which bridges solid and liquid known as sauce. Almost as
saucy as your sassback, mister.

Sorry I missed you tibbar.

The sample was the one from the penultimate track I think...
the 'all the children are dead' thing..

I find it hard to believe you didn't know this.

finally got this and listened thru

tracks 1+2 are outstanding, you sound like a one man
download

comparatively track 3 is thinner, but has a hidden point to
it that i discoverd one night on the champers

track 4 sounds personal - reminds me of your rainy day
interlude :)

glad im on the downloading train again!
