yes, serial experiments: lain... the kind of anime that
really changes your perception of life....

yes, i watched it, and i liked it.
but most importantly, i feel it was... something
'important', i don't know, but it has affected me.

matssu > i'm not sure... i've just read Noise and a little
bit of Blame! (my brother got into this series), i like the
graphic style of T. Nihei a lot...

from what i've read (not much, so i can't really have an
opinion ^^), i'd say it is quite similar in some aspects;
the blend of reality and virtuality... the normal world
turned cold and mysterious, quite hostile (though in Lain it
is a subjective change only, the hidden part of the iceberg
- the world in apparence is "normal"... whereas in Blame! it
is most like a post-apocalyptic future)... often a slow
rhythm, with silent passages... i don't know about the
characters, in Lain the main character is searching for
truth and for her true identity - i think it is something
like that in Blame! too, but i might be wrong...

yeah, i will read more Blame!, it could be a lot more
similar than what i thought at first sight.
