I want to make a paypal account, and I did everything that
was necessary to make an account, I also added my creditcard
etc etc,..
now I need to verify my account by entering te Expanded Use
Number which will be sent to my credit card.

my question is: Do I really have to wait till I get my
creditcardbill(next month) to acivate my paypall account?

No, you can get a mini statement at an ATM or phone your
bank and ask

hmm.. I verified my account by putting my bank account on
there too... so I don't really know what you're talking
about, sorry.

I went for the mini statement option myself, because, like
you, i did not want to wait for my next statement. Also if
your bank supports internet banking you chan check on there.

I always avoided on-line shops that only accept paypal
payments, but I can't anymore because I really want to place
an order at merck records and I want to buy Global Goon his
new album Family Glue, so I am forced to use this company.
If I place an order at Warpmart I use my ecard and have no
problems at all, so why don't other companies accept this
method?
I know you guys can't give me the answer but maybe Phob can,
because he also only accepts paypal.

Paypal is quick, easy and secure. You don't need a credit
card to use it, you can use it all over the world and it is
a free service.

you're going to buy Global Goon his new album? how sweet,
though he probably already has a copy.

what do you mean with a mini statement? is it some kind of
virtual card?

When you take out money from one of those ATM machines (the
hole in the wall) it will ask you if you want to use another
service, if you select YES then it should give you the
option of printing out a mini statement of all transactions
for the last couple of weeks of so.

NOTE: The paypal, payment(expanded use number) will only
show up after about 48 hrs from the time it went in to your
account.

what do you mean not in Holland? Are you saying that you
can't take money out in the streets? Don't you have ATM's?

If you phone or visit your bank and have prof that you are
who you say you are then they must give you access to your
account by law.

we do have ATMs but we can't see exact transactions through
them, certainly not for creditcards.

So there is no option to actually PRINT out a paper copy of
a statement from them?

If you visit, make sure you take your passport, a past
statement, your bank card and maybe a phone bill or
something (if you own your house). That will ensure that
they will have to show you your account details.

Good luck, It is worth all this in the end i assure you.!

I agree there is nothing wrong with sending cash through the
post, but that doesn't automatically make paypal suck.
