I had a guy form telstra (phone company) come to my front door asking if I have a problem with my line, I told him I didn't, so he says "well, I've fixed it,,.... goodbye!!" I'm confused.... then I tried to connect ot the net, I conected at 115.23k a second (which is impossible with my modem, it's a 56k) so I connected the phone to the phone line (an unusually rare occurance in this house) and all I can hear is hiss, needless to say, my phone line is fucked* and I'm not a happy chipmunk, days later, the hiss has dissappeared, and now everything is working, I'm still confused, but at least my phone line is working now, fuck* telstra * = not worksafe |

I used to work for BT faults Department. I am going to ask you a few questions: Did you check the equipment, ie. handset, modem etc Borrow another friends handset and check theirs. If the problem still persists, please call me up shouting like a spoiled child for 5 minutes and I`ll put you on hold, as you wait for Gurdeep from a call centre in Bombay to fix your problem. Your call is important to us. |
