This thread will be used to give information and instructions on how to submit to the gallery, as well as updates and information on new additions to the gallery. Use this thread to follow up on your submissions, as well as make corrections and offer suggestions to gallery issues. If sending more than 2 or 3 images, please zip/compress all attached images into one file. Send everything in one e-mail! Please provide the following information along with the images. Items in bold are required. - Your xltronic member name. - For live show images: the name/date of the event. - For published images of artists/shows etc.: the name of the magazine or site where you found the image. - A caption for each image, this information appears under the thumbnail of each image in an album. - A description for each image, this information will only appear if a user enlarges a specific image. Newest updates: Murray has provided some excellent shots from the Wheels Instead of Hooves christmas party. Also, woj submitted a nicely handdrawn logo as our first submission to the new section. Also new to the custom works album is the , which contains created images and photos from and of xlt members. Go now to check out Aquagak's xltronic member collage, which should be updated frequently. Lastly, the liveshows section has been divided into xltronic xclusives, photos taken at shows by xltronic members unavailable anywhere else, and non-xltronic images, which are shots from liveshows taken around the web and other places. Am I allowed to laugh at Horsefactory's hair in this thread? Seriously, I think the community pic should have the "false" photos taken out, some of them have their real faces available now anyway... apart from dobbin, of course. |

Xanatos, there are still about 20 odd photos for the Rephlex Neighbourhood party that i need to send in and there are about 6 or a few less pictures for the Wheels instead of Hooves party. The Rephlex Neighbourhood pics are large files. They are 616k each, the problem i had before is that the gallery account was not big ewnough for the pictures. So please tell me when i can send them and i willendavour to do so. |

The problem here may be that the last emails you sent were rejected, because right now my e-mail storage has a limit of 10mb (its fucked, we cant figure out why but we will fix it). Quite possible that the mailbox has only 5 MB or so storage space. in that case you probably cannot send all pics at the same time. Then you should mail the complete picture set in segments of a few pics each. Phob or a mod should then empty the mailbox after each set to avoid it from getting full. |

UPDATE (2/15/2004): has been updated with a new member collage by aquagak. There is also a new sub-album of individual . Feel free to to go up there. Also, the entire community album now allows public commenting. Yes that's right, you can post at the gallery. This is a great opportunity to make fun of each other's photos, it is not linked to your xlt login so you can post anonymously. Use your real member name! Be good! If this causes a lot of trolling/cloning I will remove the feature. But for now, test it out! |
