I heard about these guys a few years ago, and I was just
listening to some samples, it sounds very interesting. Any
favorite albums?

I just heard their most recent one... recently. I THINK it
was their most recent, who knows, albums and EPs just ooze
out of their pores. It's actually fairly straightforward...
for them. Most of the time.

Well, I like creepy and bizarre sounds.

I find it strange and sad that this topic has so few
replies, yet shit topics get post after post...

''To the Quiet Men From a Tiny Girl'' has some creepy and
bizarre sounds. Well, they all do, some more than others.
This one is a bit too random.

NWW can be very good but is often hit-and-miss too...!

'Man With The Woman Face' is excellent (but too short, like
35 minutes for three tracks)... same thing with 'Alice The
Goon', three great tracks...

'An Awkward Pause' is a bit hit-and-miss but very good in
parts too...

'Salt Marie Celeste' is one only track of approximately one
hour, dark ambient that makes you feel like you're in the
abyss, it is good but you have to like very long tracks
without much variation...

and i have some random mp3s too.

i'm thinking of getting 'Funeral Music For Perez Prado'
(does anyone have this one?)

Couldn't Coil and all those guys have hooked up with a more
reliable company?...

Gah, World Serpent are useless.
Thunder Perfect Mind is my favourite NWW record. Colder is
utterly sublime. Brilliant track. So ridiculously hard to
get ahold of, though.

What I like about his music is that it's so weird but at the
same time it feels very organic and I can easily picture
something when I hear it(...weird machines made out of
animal parts rotating and cutting things.(?)...)
My favourite track is the last track from "man with the
woman face"

3 new NWW albums coming out soon: Angry Electric Finger: he
sent his original source to Jim O Rourke, Irr. App. Ext. and
Cyclobe(itll all come in a 3 cd set). Also, strangely
enough, hes doing a hiphop album...yes hiphop, with a female
rapper. He seems to be currently obsessed with any and all
female rappers(lil kim, missy elliot...why? i have no idea,
but this will be an interesting album).

I have 8 NWW albums and theyre all excellent, I also just
ordered Chance Meeting... he does have quite the discography
but just do some research and you'll be able to figure out
the necessary albums. brainwashed.com/nww is a great
starting place

Hahah. I've been looking forward to the hip-hop one. Steven
Stapleton's a pretty odd guy.

the hiphop album could either be insanely interesting or
godawful, i have a feeling itll be good though...hes
obviously not going to use a "normal" rapper.
