-their sound has been compared to Tri Repetae/Amber
Autechre

-they are "detroit techno"

-I think one of their albums has like an Astronaut Helmet on
the front cover? Might be wrong.

-Their name is in initials...not L.F.O....but something
close.

Yeah, but AllMusic also tells us:
One of only a handful of British techno acts ostensibly
pursuing a legacy of British techno firmly rooted in its
Detroit pre-history, B12 are also (perhaps resultingly) one
of the few British techno acts also hailed by the Motor
City's aesthetic elite.

so I thought there could be a chance.
