all right, i live in a pretty safe city. just before, about 5 hours ago i was just sitting harmlessly with a mate on some steps outside a party drinking some polish vodka i picked up in melbourne. anyway, about 15 serbians come up to us and for some reason seemed to think we wanted to fight them. now i have about 4 big lumps on my head and i have a massive headache. just wondering whether anyone else has had experiences like this. where youve done nothing wrong and pricks looking for a fight have just come up to you and bashed you for no reason. im quite annoyed at this. maybe its an australian thing, people here seem to be quite ignorant. |

Yes, happened when we were out on Pogo's 21st. Some people are just pathetic. On the plus side I gave a lot worse than I recieved and with any luck really seriously damaged one guy's kidney with a well placed kick that collapsed him. |

yep. but it can usually be resolved, believe it or not, by insulting them! Not much (maybe I can call it unnoticeable), just enough to let people know they ain't fucking with you! If they come up to you and go "what? you looking to fight?" just fend them off with some "nah.. not with YOU!" or "... ... ... what? what the fuck do you want? idiot!" |

With that approach you have to gauge carefully whether they're some psycho who fancies themselves as a bit tidy and will leap at the excuse to attack you or if they'll step down. |

i mostly end up chatting with them for a while. no matter who they are. strange.. maybe i am a "calming" person, as I stay calm when stuff like that happens. but as the reason I stay calm, is I know nothing ever happens, it is kind of a loop... maybe thugs are like dogs.. they smell fear, and if you don't fear them, they don't fancy attacking you... |

when i was in portugal i went to take a piss by some rocks at the sea, i walked by this one fellow gave him a friendly hello and the next thing i see 3 of his cronies come out of nowhere, pin me down, give me a punch in the stomach, empty my pockets and take my watch. luckily it was a cheap watch and i didn't have too much on me. that wasn't the only time the locals gave me shit. |

its just vodka, but its really nice.. i must have shot half a bottle, and it was really smooth, not like your average petrol tasting vodkas.. yeah if u can find it...luksusowa (or something like that), luxury polish vodka...anyway im going to bed... tired as all hell.. |
