ok, it's time for the right answers (from original interview
to BoC, Rumore magazine)

-transaltion from Rumore Magazine-

Less than 60 years in two, the legend says that BoC started
to play music at the end of 70's but when you were childs,
is it possible?

(Mike answers):

"yes, we started to make and record our music when we were
childs, but for the true the band formed in 1983. At that
time we didn't know what was a sequencer, so we started with
a drum machine."

so right answer was: 1983

hey 1987 is closer to 1983 than 1976. i was going by when
they released their first record.

question2:

right answer is NO.

Mike says:

"melody is always the center of our music
from teenager times. i think it's about to create something
of eternal. i mean: actually we're inlove for artists who
created melodies without time in the end of 60's 70's and i
can't really imagine soimething in the future (who will make
a research about music of the past) decided to keep for good
that electronic style 'glitch and beat' who is around now. i
think it's just a transitory transitory passage caused from
the trend"

question 3:

right answer is NO

Marcus says:

"i'm to busy for judge all kind of music, but most of dance
music is based on a programmed rhythm, 'cos most of the
producer isn't able to use a simple midi keyboard. so what
they do? they use just the timbre of drums at random in
series, without any melody. that kind of music can't give me
any kind of inspiration: i believe that hip e hop and r&b
are much more adventurous in the last years"
