Is anyone familiar with Techno animal? They are a noisy
hip-hop hybrid especially in their latest effort
"Brotherhood of the bomb". Can you recommend similar stuff?

I dont know what they sound like, but what youve described
lets me know you may like "Anti-pop Consortium" a strange
hip hop group, with IDM influences.

Are you saying they're shite pomme de terre or is "The Bug"
a group? As for anti pop consortium if listened to a few
mp3s but i wasnt really moved... maybe i ought to give them
another go. Techno animal are much noisier than a.p.c. .

I was just saying that Techno Animal = (equals) The Bug,
meaning Kevin Martin, one of the main members of Techno
Animal is "The Bug" which is his Electronic Dancehall guise.
The Bug - Pressure, was released last year on Rephlex

T.E.O.S.P. are kick-ass albums but... hip-hop? Hope we're

some of those are definitely not hip hop (Ui, for instance)
but that shouldn't stop you from checking shit that's
shit-hot...

as for some fucked up hip hop:
check Ghislain Poirier, and the new Jimmy Edgar (as well as
his work as Kristuit Salu and Morris Nightengale)
Dalek, Req, Sixtoo, sebutones, anything by Madlib (please,
please tell me, that you already know about madlib)
