man o man that melody midway through the song is just ITCHING to get out
i love how it just struggles and struggles for so long then at 3:17 after holding on as long as possible it gives in and collaspses into that blissfull melody.
WOW.
i don't think there is any autechre song on that album that can defy the sequencing and composing as of this track.
wonderful.

the thing is, although being absolutely true, you could say this about any track on draft. it just depends which one you last listened to intensely. for me it is THEME OF SUDDEN ROUNDABOUT. It makes me glad to be human.

i used to debate confield vs draft but over time, while not obvious and "out there" as some autechre; over time it does really come to show itself as a masterpeice. brilliant!

p.:ntil is probably my favourite.. when that little stabby melody comes in
oh and also theme of sudden roundabout when the drums make you anticipate that walking bassline.. how they do that little fill just before

the album definitely gets better with time... it's not confield, but it's still very, very good...
