cats cannot be pompous, only people can be pompous. feelings like "i don't like cats" are expressions of deep seated psychological issues. otherwise, one would be ambivalent about cats. after all, each cat is an individual, with a personality, and likes and dislikes. maybe you met a cat you didn't like; if you met a person you didn't like, would you conclude that you don't like people? people who are obsessed with bands with names like "killgasm" and "gorestab" need not respond. also, why would you want to stick a friend's nose in shit? certainly you can teach a lesson using abuse, but if there are alternatives, why not explore methods that don't involve abuse? |
