Fucking Hell!

Its nearly 1am, and I hear noises downstairs....I think it
sounds like thieves trying to break in! :(

So I go down, throw open my kitchen door, and what do I
find....one of my cats. I'd gone downstairs for a snack from
the fridge about an hour ago, and he must have followed me.
I didn't switch the kitchen light on, the light from the
fridge was enough for me. But when I walked into the
kitchen, he had shit all on the floor and pissed in two
places. He was trapped, couldn't get out....so I couldn't be
mad at him!! Fuck though, that stuff smelt dreadfull, I
nearly vomitted. I had to wash the floor with a mop and
bucket!

:(

I think I would have preferred to find a thief.

I do know what you mean about feeling sorry because it's not
the cat's fault.

we used to have this tiny cat called Boris who was allergic
to flea-bites (later on we found out he had some kind of
cat-AIDS which meant he had almost no defensive system). he
would be constantly scratching and biting at himself.
nothing we did would help him. as soon as we got rid of the
fleas he would pick them up from somewhere.

he would make these awful little licky noises when prodding
at his irritated skin. this would then irritate my family -
it kind of went on most of the time. they would shout at him
- not to be mean, they were just completely fed up.
and I have shouted at him too, but most of the time I would
go over to him and cuddle and try to keep him busy.
simply because he couldn't help it.

My other cat used to get that, but we had injections for
him, and it sorted him out!

To make him better....not to have him put down, please don't
think that.

The one of my cats that did the shit, looked at me rather
guilty this morning........good enough I say! You wouln't
think such a massive stench could come from something like
that.

Green pine disinfection was the remedy though!
