I borrowed this tape from a friend. The tape saids "Laurie
Anderson", and it started out kinda jazzy. But there's a lot
of noise!
So I am wondering is this suppose to be there, like it's
part of the track, or is it just the medium (the aged tape)
that has caused this?

please enlighten me.

actually the noise was only on for some tracks, and it was
probably caused by the medium...

Anyway, any thoughts on this artist?
