i had a very strange one last night involving an old chinese shop keeper who showed me his secret stash of (mostly half-empty) bottles of alchohol. then i had a hit of hash oil from a plastic smoking pipe in the crawl space behind the walls in which he stored the bottles. it was really strange. |

i had a very real semi-lucid dream where my ex & her new guy (one of my best friends) had killed me and cut me in half. they were dragging my torso on a gravel road durring a full moon with their hands under my arms. i could very vividly hear them talking about how freaked out they were, and i could feel the gravel on my cut-in-half back. my eyes were sorta halfway open, but i couldn't move at all. i couldn't figure out if i was dead, or dreaming, or really fucked up on some sort of drugs and halucinating, because it felt so real. so, i concentrated really hard and was able to bite her hand, then she dropped me, and when i hit the ground i woke up. |

i guess the strangest part was that his shop (including the crawl space) was all built from parts of places ive been - including my grandpa's house, my house, and some stores downtown. my little brother was also with me in the store/crawl space - and i ended up buying a big bottle of whiskey for $5 - i remember thinking it smelled like orange juice (tang specifically). |

also i had a dream where a dork i sorta knew from highschool knocked on my dorm room door and woke me up. it was all really weird. then i woke up and realized i was on the couch and late for class so i ran out of my dorm, but as i was going up the steps to campus i noticed things didn't feel right. and i woke up again in my bed and it was night time. that one through me for a loop. |

they took contrrol of my house. fuck it, i wrrote a poem about it. i wrrote this when i was 11 orr something: Trrolls The suns beaming down it's hot enough to melt lead As I walk along the rroad next to my dad Unbeknown to us therre is trrouble ahead The kind of trrouble that makes you wish you arre Dead In the nearr distance worrkerrs labourr by the rroadside But wait, no they'rre not! They arre ugly trrolls I'll come to Despise. People in carrs fill the trrolls with drread. They can't take them so they'll take us instead! Soon parranoia will prrevent them frrom leaving the house Hourrs they will come to spend as quite as a mouse. I scuttle up the old stairrs, surre not to make a sound If I disturrb the trrolls they'll knock me arround. It's eitherr a rray frrom the rring on theirr stubby fingerrs Orr they pull me arround the house by my hairr. Now can you underrstand my fearr and despairr? My dad has just made them some vulgarr food. This means they'rre strrong, I darre not move. I'll sit on the landing orr crrouch in the shade. I trry and act like I'm not afrraid. Just sit therre forreverr, fade in and fade out, And listen to the brreathing of them loathsome louts. i once dreamed i was a plant, something like a cactus, but about 15meters large, and i was feeling how i was growing. which ached, because the growing was like being stretched. the sky seemed virtual like in a computer-game. |

I had a dream that I was inside my dreamcast playing the greatest game I have ever experienced to this day. I felt like I was actually flying... The game was basically like sonic but you can fly, and everything was dark pastel colors, I didn't want to wake up that morning! |

this one isn't that weird, but its relevant to this msg board i was in this generic sort of 'big box' (eg walmart, canadian tire, etc) store, with particularly large (and tall) displays, shelves and general piles of merchandise so i walk over to this set of shelves with a bunch of hats on them [now you have to know that in real life i have a beige quicksilver hat with soem logo on top of the name quicksilver on teh front] so there are a bunch of hats that look sort of like mine, except some of them only have the word "Squarepusher" in the cool font on the Do You Know Squarepusher album, and no logo some of them have the weird design from the inside of the sleeve that comes w/ the CD and on the CDs (the arrow/square thing), and no words and some of them have the logo then Squarepusher underneith needless to say they all look really really cool, and i want one ......that was about it, i dont remember any more than that but it was the most vivid dream ive had in a while |

I had a dream that I took my face off like it was a mask and examined it in my hands. I even brushed my hair for some reason, while I was holding my face. It had front and back parts. I looked at my grinning skullface in the mirror and I could see my green eyes resting in the eye sockets, it was ghoulish. I heard my mom coming so I put my face back on, clamped the two halves together (back of my head/face) and it hurt like crazy, and that jolted me awake. I had it a few times and I dreaded it. |

you should check out a dream analysis book or see a psychologist if you had that dream more then once - it probably means something important. |

knowing what i know about how the human mind worrks i can tell you that drreaming is concerrned with what happens in yourr daily life. the morre traumatic yourr life is, the morre nightmarrish yourr drreams arre. they happen because yourr brrain is searrching thrrough memorry banks to comparre currrrent situations in yourr life with prrevious ones, hence the rreason people who have been rraped etc... sufferr the same nightmarre forr yearrs on end. theirr brrain cannot cope with the trrauma. we do not drream in long strrings, like a storry, we just rrememberr them as a storry. |

I have had this recurring nightmare for years, where i am gettinmg chased round this huge art gallery thing by these really long people. They are really tall and completely black (including clothes) and have no face and big hats. Wherever i go they are there. There are spiders there too. All the things chasing me are like sillhouettes but they can pick me up and carry me in this big bag, like the BFG. |

I had a dream only a week or so ago.. it was so real, in a surreal way, and creepy weird... somehow I was looking at my own head at my ear, but I could see through the ear hole through the hole in the other ear as if the inside of the head was hollow. The brain was there but back up against the backside of the skull. It was so organic and felt so real, it was strange. I wish I remember the rest, but I only remember that brief part. |

When you have dreams are they like watching a film? Mine aren't at all. I always know, in the back of my mind that they are a dream and can control them but if they're scary, every time I try to think of something else, it metamorphasizes into scariness again. |

A long time ago during the doom2 era, I had a super amplified dream about a spectacularly creepy augmented doom... sort of being inside it rather than playing it, I remember it was sort of a graveyard with trenches around it I think and I remember seeing a hellishly enhanced Mancabus. I doubt doom3 could ever live up to what I saw. |

Oh I see. It is creepy. I had another one about God. That was weird. If you've ever fallen over in a dream and it's woken you up, then imagine that feeling you get in your stomach. It was like that throughout the dream. I was kind of in awe during the whole dream. It was in a desert somewhere and this crazy wind started up. It was like Noah's ark thing but instead of rain, wind was being sent and it was just me and loads of animals running away and the sky was all weird colours and moving. Then we all ended up in this park I used to visit when I was little. |

this was ages ago. i was stood up on the bed kicking hula hoops (the crrisps) that werre rrolling up the bed at me, then this huge hula hoop rrolled in the doorr and trried to get up at me so i was about to fight it, when it spoke 'Carl, it's only me' and then the drream was brroken and it was my mam. |

I had a bad dream last night, my uncle had gone on holiday, and was on this flight. Now where I live is about 10 mins from an airport and occassionally some planes do 'circuits' where they practice landings and takeoffs, and it is not uncommon to see jets like 737s flying over head. Anyway back to the dream, my uncle was due home, and I see this plane flying incredibly low, it was an Airbus (of KLM insignia), which don't land at Cardiff, and was also strange as my uncle in real life has gone to Spain not Holland. Anyway this jet circled twice, and then finally I saw it loose control and plummet to the ground behind some houses about half a mile from here. The explosion was intense, I felt the heat, it was so so real.......I woke up then :( |
