i got this game yesterday and i've gotten about 10 hours of
gameplay in so far. it's so addicting. think morrowind's
interactivity and graphics with a first person shooter
battle system. also you can install biomods on your
character, like things that make you invisible, or decompose
corpses and turn them into health.

you get missions from opposing sides on a war and you can
choose which one's your going to follow. also there's
random other missions, i took one to destroy the competition
for a coffee house.

everything about this game is totally sweet. does anybody
else have it?

from what i know it was made by polish proggramists
it was popular as heel some time ago in Poland - i think
that there are some add-ons now, which improve game in some
technical and graphic issues, but i never played in it - i
dont like FPP games , maybe except MOHAA

I played the demo and thought the gameplay kicked ass, but
it still lagged even on my beefy ass system... have you
experienced this at all or do you think they got all the
kinks worked out on the full version?

i heard it blows nuts compared to the first Deus Ex, which
was fucking sweet.

i doubt it could possibly be as good and fresh.

no, they dumbed it down big time for the console masses.

"but

"

Aha, that's how it compares to Morrowind graphically. I was
having enormous difficulty finding a comparison in the
graphical area

I own it, but i'm afraid to open it, I keep hearing that it
sucks from a lot of people, and that it takes a fucking
super computer to run it good.

Same thing goes for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

"and that it takes a fucking
super computer to run it good. "

That's exactly what is keeping me from buying it right now,
and xtomatic seems to concur with that problem... (I had the
same issue with morrowind, too)

well it runs fine on xbox. it only drops below a 60
framerate if there's more than 3 guns firing at the same
time. the lighting effects in this game are fantastic.

i can spend a few hours sneaking past robots and guards or
throwing chairs at innocent civilians' heads. the fun never
ends.

Hmm... sounds like fun... maybe I'll open it and try it out
rather than sitting here downloading 10 year old Sega CD
games.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, once you install it you have to
connect to a hub, which has its own moderators, and rules.
This is one of the most common ones
