gas and oil

i got gas for $1.28 the other day (which is damn good for
where i'm at). i fail to believe that prices are actually
going down and gonna stay at a reasonable price, just
because we've been paying so much for it lately. most people
believe that saudi arabia ranks number one when it comes to
oil, however it's actually russia. contributing to that is
russia's size, but it doesn't really matter because we cant
rely on them for our oil. russia's richest man and top oil
baron has recently gone off to prison and they have a shit
economy to begin with, so all potential of a stable trade
with them goes out the door. so we rely on the saudis for
their oil. the problem with the saudis though is that
they're basically a terrorist factory. we cant just come out
and say this because we need their oil. saudi arabia has
lots of money and they also run a charity system for their
nation. a counsel convenes and doles out money to whom ever
they want. most of this money goes to building schools and
churches, but...they also dont really pay attention to who
the money is going to. a very popular religion of saudi
arabia is a sect of islam called wahhabism, which more or
less preaches jihad and intolerance for basically everyone
and these sects go militant. so the saudis are basically
funneling money to terrorists (through churches) and they
dont really give a shit and we cant do anything about it out
of fear of losing oil. but then again, OPEC can set oil
prices at whatever they want. if they want to make it so gas
would cost 5 dollars a gallon, they could and it would be
just BECAUSE.

And they have the audacity to open a toll road to get up
north. Surely they could use at least part of the 3/4 of our
road tax that doesn't go on anything car related on making
that free? Because, lets face it, using it for handouts to
our joke of a public transport system is just pissing it
away...

typically things like road tax i believe are handled on a
county to county basis. but i dont really know, i hardly pay
attention when i do my taxes. just how much money i'm
getting is all i care about.
