There's not that much difference between the two. They are both built on the same code base. In fact the stuff that has been left out/disabled in the Home Edition is stuff you would very rarely if ever use.
Anything you really need there is normally a way around it.

i've never bought a pre-assembled pc.. in fact, the spirit of my original 8088 (from 12+ years ago) still lives on in this pc.. i've just upgraded one thing at a time until none of the original parts remain.. eheh
and i've also never paid for an operating system.. although i seem to have original windows 95 and 98se discs..
