buy it you pirate bitch!

Does anyone know if they're planning on doing all of season
2 in one, or do I have to buy the two parts separately no
matter what?

both parts?

season 2 part one is already out and I know season 2 part
two is going to be out in march or something, but both of
them in one box?

i wouldn't watch fire walk with me without seeing the whole
series. it'll be more satisfying. to whoever said they saw
fwwm before any part of the series it must have ruined a lot
of the surprises in the plot. i would really hold off on
that.

why don't you just look for season two eps on torrent sites?
there's a whole bunch around.

because it's selfish and pathetic? because David Lynch is
not a millionaire and I would like to support his art by
buying an original stuff?

Oooo! I'm sorry if I seem like a sceptic about it, but the
entire thing seems so weird, especially such a tight
release-schedule for first two parts and then one whole. Do
you have a source?

Been waiting nearly 4 years for Season II to be released on
DVD in the UK... so tempted many times to download the
torrent, but I've resisted. I don't know how much longer I
can hold out, my Season I DVD spends its time weeping in
the corner from loneliness.

I've had the first part of season 2 on DVD for a few months
now. The transfer is excellent, with superb video/sound. I
love the show, but the wait for the 2nd half is
frustrating.

WOW BOB WOW.

Fire Walk With Me has the strings from "Go" by Moby running
through a lot of it...dunno if they're in the T.V. series
too....

Moby sampled those strings from Twin Peaks actually. The
original composer is Angelo Badelamenti, who also did most
of the other music in Twin Peaks.

His track "Sycamore Trees" with Jimmy Scott on vocals is
fantastic.

it's pretty pendantic and self-righteous to tell people they
can't download the episodes. especially when many people
have been waiting years for the dvd to come out. David
Lynch is a millionaire, and it's hard to him to finance his
films, but do you own all of his films on dvd? do you watch
every episode of your favorite tv show on tv? or do you
occasionally download one? breaking your principles just
one time makes you a hypocrite.

I download pretty much every TV programme that I watch.

However, I also buy a lot of DVDs.

I'm quite similar. I have the DVDs to Red Dwarf (I to VIII),
Porridge (1 to 3), The X-Files (1 to 7), Twin Peaks (Season
1), Extras (Series 1), Ulysses31 (Boxset), The Office (1, 2,
Christmas Specials), Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, Star Trek
TNG (Season 1), Alfred Hitchcock Presents (Season 1),
Masters Of Horror (Season 1 Part 1), Children Of The Stone
(Complete series),

but

I also download TV shows (The Office An American Workspace -
Seasons 1 to 3 so far), Knightmare, The Twilight Zone
(Ripped from Rental DVDs), The Simpsons, Futurama, Man To
Man with Dean Learner, Extras Series 2, Rod Serling's Night
Gallery, various documentaries.

The samples from Twin Peaks in Biosphere's Substrata are SO
GOOD.

"Sorry to wake you. I forgot to tell you something. The
things I tell you will not be wrong."

"In my vision I was on the verandah of a vast estate, a
palazzo of some fantastic proportion. There seemed to
emanate from it, a light from within this gleaming, radiant
marble. I ha known this place. I had, in fact, been born and
raised there and this was my first return, a reunion with
the deepest wellsprings of my being."

Dunno if it's news or not but in the good ol' Netherlands a
6 dvd box of the second season is available. Although the
rumour-mill talks about only the first part of the second
season, 6 dvd's is quite a lot and i'm going for the "it's
the whole second season"-theory.

o joy....

i don't know what the hell you're talking about, but the box
has just arrived and it is indeed the whole second season
(part 1 and 2).

"Some episodes may be edited from their original network
versions"

- In-depth Interviews with directors Stephen Gyllenhall and
Tim Hunter.
- Optional log-lady introductions for all episodes
- some other interviews
