i was watching a video few minutes ago. went to the kitchen to heat up some noodles. when i came back to my room the tv screen was snowy, like the tape had stopped (it was not the end of the tape) and then the tv just turned off by itself. what the fuck is up with that? :S feel free to share your own weird experiences in this thread |

sometimes cd cases literally go flying off my table on the ground, and i know its not my bass cause these cd cases hop right off! and yeah my tv turns off automatically after awhile, its made to save energy |

i have some very rare moments where i completely loose a sense of where i am, like i completely forget, what city/town it is, what day.....usualls lasts only 2 -3 seconds, but it's an awesome feeling... |

actually for anyone interested in exploring their psyche a little.......here are some instructions to causing a complete loss of consciousness and regaining it within a few seconds... the best place to do this is standing with your back faced to the bed....enough room to freely fall on without injuring yourself. now, kneel down...without getting comfortable and take deep very rapid breaths....do this around 20-30 times depending on.....wait until you feel a little light-headed, now you're ready. after your last breath inward, hold it and stand up quick.....put your thumb on your mouth and blow on it as hard as you can without releasing any air, keeping the pressure is important. continue to do so, even if you feel funny, next thing you know your bed should feel like a womb to you as you regain consciousness.....whats amazing is your brain slowly reconstructing its external environment.....definetely worth trying, not dangerous... |

I was walking to work yesterday, and I was crossing an intersection at a stopsign, and this car was stopped, blasting evangelical christian preaching with his windows down. And he started accross the intersection as I looked over and the guy started laughing hysterically. There were lots of crazy people out yesterday. |

i also have a friend who gets really weird (and sort of scary) cases of somambulism when she takes some special medicine... she writes while sleeping sometimes (it's like a written dream in fact), and she even gave people phone calls!!! °_° |

YEARS ago now.. i was watching a live set that bjork had done for mtv. cant remember what song it was on, but i was fiddling with the old stereo - there was a tape in it, with a recording of a bjork lp on it. i was rewinding & hit play on the cassette player to see where i was up to. it was exactly the same track as was playing on the live show at the time.. at exactly the same spot.. the two recordings played out the final bars of the song in perfect time together - utterly by accident (i had no way of knowing where the tape was, nor of controlling the tv, obviously) no fucker was in the room to hear it with me either.. so i might be lieing.. but im not.. |

I went to bed last night, and after a while, my phone rang. I thought i had slept all night, and when i took the phone, and my friend said: "are you sleeping?" in such a tone that I thought I had overslept. I looked at the clock and noticed it was only like 0:30. I couldn't go to sleep again. |

I was at a friends house one time for his birthday, and he had a bunch of us stay over night... anyways, we were all in our sleeping bags watching some tv, and we decided to turn it off and go to sleep... but me and two of my friends hijacked the remote... and we kept turning it on... the birthday guy would keep getting up and turning it off, and he was getting angry and shit, and didn't know who had the remote... haha, as it turned out, he kicked everyone home except for the three of us who were doing it! :) |
