I was in the slsk and a couple of fistbanging retards
stopped being bumwads long enough to inform me that Lord
Worm is back in Cryptopsy.

For those of you who give a shit about such things, this is
kinda good news.

holy shit

Lord Worm is back? Sweet....the whole thing has been silly
really, theyve had like 20 singers over the last couple
years touring live with them, and Lord Worm was the
original! and the best one to boot! awsome.

oh and these guys are not "core" anything, they are just
pure and awsome death metal.

we'll probably have to travel outside of alberta to see
them, though. but that could be well worth it, i'm thinking.

If i have to travel outside alberta to see'em i will!
defenitly! I got a lot of friends that will come with me, I
drive a big white cube van so I can take lots of people!
makes paying for gas easy!

Old news, losers.

Just kidding. Anyway, I wish they could've recorded a
full-length with Martin LaCroix. He sounded damned good on
the live cd but he never got to record an album in his own
style. Lord Worm is good, but he is overrated, in my
opinion.

Lord Worm is the best because of the following virtues:

- he is overwhelmingly brutal and incomprehensible

- he writes probably the best lyrics in metal

- he eats live worms

fleetmouse: hell yah! and yes his lyrics are the best! I
dunno hes just the original, i thought the new live cd was a
let down because all you could hear was cymbols and a few
growls. not very nice for such an accomplished death band.

Yeah I stopped keeping up with them after worm split - I
thought maybe he'd pop up with a black metal project,
something where he could roll giggling in filth, but he
never did -

personally I think they got too technical - hope he drags
them down to a more primitive grunting level musically while
elevating them lyrically and conceptually -
