"very cheap" album - ewwww, it's not like "rereleases of
the unreleases" - everything that made that so much fun
isn't here. It's sort of halfhearted electroclash. You could
play it in Starbucks to make the clones feel adventurous.

I was listening to it at a record store. My wife was all
like "it's... nice." Exactly the problem. Where's the
hardcore cyborg gogo dancing artschool zombies?

Bleh.

check 'what was her name?' on the new dave clarke album,
they did the vocals. soon to be released as a single.
although it could be names 'she's in parties' on slsk
because they changed the track name.

haven't heard it all the way thru yet...

Heh, I just found it - I was trying to figure out which
vocals could be by an old codger.

Pardon me for not being that terribly familiar with David
Essex, but is he like the English equivalent of France's
Johnny Halliday or something?

The amusing thing is, the clerk was all "OH YEAH" when I
asked to listen to it, then he agreed with me when I didn't
like it. lol the mark of a good salesman.
