1. yes, but it differs per person how susceptible they are
to hypnotism.

2. yes, it can be taught.

3. I would guess so.

4. this is impossible - you can't make someone do something
they would not do in normal life. same ethical/moral rules
still aply.

5. I am a whelk.

I read the hypnotee must be in compliance to participate. It
is supposedly possible to hypnotize oneself also. Repetition
is for some reason the catalyst of the state, and hypnotism
isn't not real like ufo's or alien created crop circles.
If you turn a shark upside down it will enter a hypnotic
state. I don't know if this is somehow related.

Are you really from south africa? I have read about the
saharra desert a little bit, and also a story on wired.com
in 1998 about a guy that visited there thinking there'd be
no electricity anywhere. But there are phones and stuff
everywhere. This man wrote about someone throwing a brick
through a bus window or something in one of the areas having
some sort of conflict. Did you throw it?

I saw a hypnotist at my high school a few years ago, and he
hypnotized a guy into speaking Chinese and rolling around on
the floor. He even told him to lick the floor and then
yelled STOP before the tongue brushed the tile. So he
stopped. I laughed.

Are you sure that he didn't do something but then told the
audience to pretend nothing happened and made you forget?

You can put thoughts into people's heads without actually
having to hypnotise people.

Check out this guy and have a look at his
official site
