AFX's worst song

You are SO wrong. Aphex is MUCH better than lamb cutlets.
And as for the suggestion that plastic is better than
green... weeeeeeellllllllll

I've loved everything he has released, including the
wonderful Elephant. Though I do respect other people's
opinions and I understand that many will not like a few or
many tracks by an artist. (I'm not saying that people here
are not repecting other people's opinions)

his old works mostly sound like gabber to me... gabber is
not very interesting, imo.

I used to be into gabber. Now when I look back at my old
cd's sometimes I cringe and think 'I really liked that!' but
theres still a few gems to be found imo :-)

Now that I think about it if I had to choose a worst "song"
Respect List comes to mind only because it's not really
meant to be music (I don't want to start another debate on
what music is!!)

why do people bash logon rock witch? it is wicked, it has
humor, it has it's own unique style and most of all, it has
a great dark melody. why oh why?

I have to agree with some the the tracks as being crap. I've
become quite the critic ever since i started composing
music, and ESPECIALLY since i've started comsuming about
50-100 cd-r's a week ( i trade [pssssst, if you want to
trade with me, send me an e-mail off list]). I admire this
guys balls, and have to remind ppl on this board that he
does have valid points. Some of the stuff could be
reproduced by the diffrent warpers. And I thought RDJ was a
little to poppy, and a little too unimaginative. heh, the
last time i listened to it, my friend and i were high, and
were using it as a replacement soundtrack for super mario
allstars for snes. I have to disagree about of few of the
choices, simply because i can't remember what some of them
sound like off of the top of my head, and about drukqs, I
only like the "aphex," not the piano....whic is what 10?
tracks?!

I agree, I don't like most of the piano tracks either, exept
for Avril 14th cause its so soothing

I think it would have been much better for him to put at
least a few electronic beats and funky synths in with them,
then I would probably like them alot. Like IZ-US, the base
of the track is a simple piano riff, but he adds great
effects and makes it one hell of a track.

poor ;)

Ventolin just gives me a headache, and the Elephant noise
just annoyes the hell out of me, so horribly repetitive, and
I don't like Richards singing at all

it's funny. he sings pretty well in milkman & beetles. it's
a sweet & innocent voice.

i like the piano interludes on drukqs.

At the moment I care because you do is my fave album and i
really cant think of anything in my aphex collection thats
crap. Its not all perfect but nothing really stands out as
being really, really bad.

Beckham.

I love Logon Rock Witch. I never notice the stupid noises
and the organ is fucking great. Equation also kicks some
serious ass.

I'm gonna be controversial and say that some of his caustic
window stuff is his shittist work. :][
