I changed my avatar last friday and when I logged on to
xltronic today my new avatar finaly was up! But some time
during the day it was changed back, without me doing it!
What on earth is happening?!?

Why does it take so long to change avatar in the first
place? It seems to takes ages...

try ctrl+F5. It's somewhere stored on your computer.
Something with cookies or whatever!

CONTROL+F5 it is.

Ctrl-F5 does an unconditional refresh...basically gets fresh
copies of everything where as F5 doesn't.
