man, i love buying used books!

just picked up:

douglas adams - the long dark tea-time of the soul
arthur c clarke - the hammer of god
isaac asimov - the gods themselves
fritjof capra - the tao of physics

all for $22!

anyone read these? i hope they're all good!

only problem was their lack of selection of philosophy texts
and classic fiction from the likes of vonnegut and such.

You know what's better than cheap books? Free books.

I prefer the library.

i agree with steve - and it's great cuz i work at one.
people donate like crazy - a lot of crap, but good stuff as
well. someone gave up a copy of fear & loathing in las vegas
from 1989 and i yoinked it. i love free books.
