sounds like a grittier version of boards of canada. The song itself is good, but the overall production is a bit muffled and submerged.

actually, there arent any backwards samples, the only backwards part is the small drum parts i reversed. o yeah, and reverse reverb, gotta love that

ya i guess i didn't realize that until the end of the song when the longer sample plays...... must be the reverb effect then!

yeah, i just reverse the sample, add reverb, then reverse it again, so the reverb fades in instead of out. i use that effect alot, gives things a bizarre space feel to them, like theyre backwards without actually being backwards, like you thought
