Hello. The Newcastle Brown thread gave me inspiration. I used to love Newcy and lager, but I'm hooked on these now. Does anyone else love this tipple? I've been on them for about two months now, finally got round to buying a bottle of vodka and kaluha to make em in the house. Yummy! |

I cant get the cream to seperate properly for some reasing. Perhaps I'm not doing it right or something, you pour the cream over the back of a tea speeon don't you? |

Diablo, you can do it with milk if there's no cream about or if you want it in a long drink glass rather than a smaller "slammer" measure. Drinking a 1/2 pint of cream with 2 shots in it = not good for the old arteries :P We did this at a poker night a couple of months back, whole bottle of kahlua, whole bottle of vodka, loads of milk. Only worked out at about £6 each, but we were drinking them all night. Pogo, re seperated cream- I don't bother doing that with any sort of drink aside from Irish coffee. :) |

You have to pour the cream down the spoon. You push the tip of the spoon just below the miniscus of the mixture and then pour the cream onto the spoon. That should do it. |

I dunno what to call it but I made a nice cocktail the other night. Really thick advocat (almost like custard), vanilla gin, banana and milk. All chucked in a blender. Tastes like that banany cough medicine kids have. |

i've never tried a white russian before... but i promise to do so before the end of the week... as reflex says, paralysers are quite awesome in the creamy-alcoholedness vein... but my personal favourite is butterscotch schnapps and sprite... tastes like skittles... the crack cocaine of alcoholic beverages imo... apparently if you add grenadine, it is called a red skittle... |

we often hit the caucasions round about 11am on the back end of a night out, good breakfast drink. tescos do a cheap coffee liquor round bout 5 buck a btl, easier on the wallet but not as good as khalua. |
