huh? Holy shit hahaha that's from a while ago under a
different name I used to write tracks under.

I always kind of liked it but never really bothered to put
it up so hey why not, for those who care, it's

untitled AKA "Moments Regained 2"

Also: I forgot to review your remix of y3k!
Dude just so you know I really really like it! It's second
only to Jonas' rmx.
Brilliant acid and detailed drum programming. Some of the
vocal samples are a bit high in the mix imo and could verge
on being a little cheesy but personally I don't mind the at
all.
I pretty much liked all the remixes, r40f's one was crazy!
And Oddio's one has a real interesting spin on it - for some
reason that track keep sounding to me liek it's getting
slightly faster all the time but it's totally just my fried
brain acting up.

Yeah I post all those tracks on my LJ - sometimes I wait
until I have two or three songs up before I spam them, or
sometimes I just don't spam them on anywhere apart from LJ
if I think they're not really worth hassling everyone over.
Which is why there are a lot of little samples of tracks and
unfinished bits up there etc..

Thanks a lot man!

thanx a bunch!

i went out of my way to take something cheesy out of context
and make it sincere or heartfelt sounding. im nto even sure
how many people know where that sample is from, and thats
prolly for the best.

anyway, thanks a bunch for listenin!!!

no no man it's always cool :)
There's no reason for me not to be cool with it, really.

I just want to finish off some of these other ones I'm
doing!

Oh sorry as for Minus One - not at the moment. I was really
feeling it making drum n bass for a while but now I'm just
back into glitch hop and dumb beats and shit.
There are a few Minus One tracks left half finished that
I'll try and get around to completing and uploading but....
I think it's not gonna be a continuing thing really. If the
love's not there than the music becomes harder to make and
not as fun which makes if just crapper in general so I
really try not to force myself to make anything when I'm not
either into it or not in the right mood.

Thanks though! :)

well, if you ever finish those few you have left undone, i'm
sure there's others besides me also who would love that.

Yeah hahah thanks man :)
Only problem is I fucked up the mastering/EQ etc on those
tracks something fierce. It's fucking frustrating how bad I
am at EQ sometimes, listen for the sinewave bass that's
about three times as loud as it's sposed to be! ARGHG!

yeah, we have problems like that when we're doing cubase...
you switch an effect accidentally and the whole room jumps.

Yeah remember: mastering on headphones is evil.

Also: I think I put too much bass in my tracks sometimes.
Yes, there is such a thing as too much bass - when the drums
lose their punch I think is when there's too much bass.
Dizzamn.

i've come to realise a subtle mix is usually most
effective... for my stuff at least.

it sounds much mroe mature lately, now that ive realised
that.
