Wouldn't it be fantastic if Konami did a version of their
popular "Dance Dance Revolution" franchise, but filled with
electronic tracks and with some half decent visuals rather
than the blocky abominations the current games have?

What tracks would you like to see in such a game an why
(just out of interest)? Remember they'd need to have some
sort of beat to be danceable in a DDR sort of way, so no
Rhubarb or Stone in Focus :P

FSOL - We have Explosive (a good "averafe difficulty
track")

Kylie - Slow (danceable in a slow offbeat sort of way that
could be suprisingly difficult. Included here by merit of
the 8 people on soulseek who have downloaded it from me.
Also it would help justify the game to "normal" people :)

Squarepusher - Come on my Selector
(Pusher's lunatic percussion programming would make for a
difficulty matched only by the original game's "re-birth"
track on hardest difficulty)

Aphex Twin - Windowlicker (face it- you'd buy the game if it
just had this track...)

Coldcut and Hexstatic - Timber (great fast but not too hard
bits with long enough slow bits with the vocals to catch
your breath in)

Cyclob - Rewind (awesome dancefloor friendly track)

The Kosmik Kommando - The Krakker Hakkdown (old school style
rave techno paying homage to IDM's roots. Some suprisingly
tricky off beat percussion in places would make this harder
than it sounds on first listen)

Window Licker would be cool only if the game came with a
free infra red Aphex Umbrella.
