You can get a kit to modify 12x0s to go in reverse. Vestax PDX 2x00s, Numark TTX and some of the new stanton decks feature a reverse button. People see it as a gimmick, but it is good for the immediacy of reversing backwards messages in tracks and also so you can mix backward spoken word with a record (play a something with lating dialogue in reverse hard panned and very quietly while and illbient track plays... pretty unsettling.)
Of course, you can try back spinning it at 45/33 yourself (45 is easier IMO)... I've been learning and I must say it's pretty hard (I use one deck with the same record playing in reverse and try to keep in time turning the other one manually), but not impossible.

or practice by learning to spin it forward at 33 or 45 manualy. once you got that, you would be surprised at how easy it is to do it backward.
well.. "easy" should be in quotation marks i s'pose...

I GOT IT !!!
And i can tell you all: IT FEELS DAMN GOOD !!!
The choice wasn't hard to make, as for a decent price this was the only one available. IT IS: SONY PS-J20.
It's a rather small turntable, but GOD it works perfectly.
As you can read in my other thread i bought the geogaddi promo (which was the album sampler), along with gridlock - Trace (eXXailon, it's GREAT), and Basscad EP because it was CHEAP!
This really makes me happy! VINYL IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN CD'S !!!

I too will confirm deepspace9mm claim that Aiwa sucks. I had an Aiwa CD player/stereo installed in my car, first it started skipping really really easily, then the gears eventually broke. It was fucked.
