carpetmuncher + goodbye,goodbye = bliss

Yes bloody good record. Especially Autumn Acid.

underrated and often overlooked it seems.

This was the first µ-ziq release that i had ever heard. So
to me it was more or less of a make or break album. There
are a lot of great tracks here.

Infact i am going to toss this one in now! :D!

I really dislike it. all those cheesy synth-sounds, ugh.

although "autumn acid" is nice, yes.

Very much overlooked, and tends to get bashed more so than
any of his other releases.

I don't really see what the problem with this Album is, I
find the variation to be polished. And as you said Zaphod
about Carpetmuncher and goodbye, goodbye your right on the
money.

Boooo! I love the cheese, I love the synths. I think this
album is a lot of fun, barring a couple of major duds. This
and Lunatic Harness are my fave Myu-Zik.

I've never like his melodies.... and his beats are
mediocre... I like a lot of hard beats.... or really soft
ones... I'm an extremeist

listened to it I do not know how many times.

great dance/party album. Just make sure you keep tracks like
'mentim' for yourself when no one else is around.

mr angry is the best party track.

i do adore royal astronomy though. it was ALSO my first
u-ziq album. is this some sort of coincidence that it's
everyone's first? i think so!

I've overlooked this album, just received it and it's very
oke, looking at the release date: 1999, it's even getting
better, but i still prefer "lunatic harness", released in
1997, but what i don't get is why they we're released by
hut/virgin and not planet-mu, muziqs own label?

My favorite µ-ziq release. Love the strings on Scaling,
the synths on world of leather, and the beautiful melody on
goodbye, goodbye.
