I saw an actual printed advert for a similair service in a cornershop. It was £10 to have a picture made to look like you were an alien. "Makes a great gift!" it said, well, you could get people a copy of kai's powergoo and do it yourself for half the price :/ I can see that there might be a market for this sort of service if it was on really (3 mp+) big images, if it was done really well and the price included a mailed hardcopy on photo quality paper/framed, but the examples are awful. The one of that girl inserted into a picture looks like it was done in paint in 2 minutes. |

I see the first pic, yeah filter > extract is a photoshop action which lets you extract part of an image, just like the one you posted, where he has removed the background and replaced it with a cloudy sky. |

the picture uploading on this board is seriously fucked. I tried uploading a pic on another thread earlier, and it just wouldn't work, eventhough the size and dimensions were well inside the maximum allowed. I think maybe you ought to try and refresh the page, maybe that'll help |
