I saw a lot of different opinions on these two releases on
some review sites, so I'm wondering, which one do you
prefer?

- Far Away Trains Passing By

- A Strangely Isolated Place

I only know ASIP. It's an ok release, I think. A bit boring
perhaps

FATPS. I expected more from ASIP, it was boring, yes.

except "a letter from home". That's the only track that
could fit on FATPS.

they are both great. You obviously hear ASIP is the
successor to FATPB, the second is a bit more comprehensive,
requires a little extra listenings before you'll feel the
schnauss feeling.
And when someone claim these cd's to be boring, they
definately don't know what they are talking about.

Ulrich Schnauss is my very favourite of them all!

fatpb is more consistent for me, but asip has higher highs,
my favorite us track being "in all the wrong places."

cheesy side
