Can anyone play one here?

I just got one last week.I'm learning how to circular breath
at the moment.I can get the basic drone going and change
pitch but thats about it.
I just think its one of the most wonderfull sounds ever. And
I can thank that too the Digerido track by RDJ..
Just one question....
I know RDJ says he used to play it live at raves in
Cornwall, but does anyone know if hes playing live on the cd
version or is it done another way?

(And I really can't see RDJ with didge in hand
somehow...)....

forgive me for being a PC thug, but over here any aboriginal
elder you talk to on the street will tell you that the
correct name for Didgeridoo is wintoomba.........Didgeridoo
is just a slang word used for it

I dunno...He's not exactly mr truthful in interviews...

The didge sound itself sound like a 303 or 101, with extra
filtering...sounds very analogue..

I'll never forget what a HUGE TUNE this was when first
released...it was immediate report to the dancefloor orders
every single time....

aquagak: do you know how to keep them in shape? I've heard
that you should let water run through them, so that they
won't dry out...

If you leak water down them, the tone is deeper and the
volume is higher.

i read in an old interview with AFX back in a german mag
called Frontpage i found while digging through the old zine
collection at an indie store i used to frequent.

he said he had a friend who'd play his didgeridoo by the
railraod tracks - that's where he got the idea - but yeah it
doesn't sound like a genuine digeridoo either.
