Rephlexions arrived

offline giginger from Milky Beans (United Kingdom) on 2003-11-06 11:34 [#00937764]

Got home and it was there.

No fucking Dial P though. I'm hoping it got sent out and is
just stuck in the sodding backlog. That's two things that've
arrived before this though and they were ordered after it.
Also got my Mescalinium Test pressing through.

What are the odds of WarpMart running out of dial P?

Plus the mini rephlex poster best not be the piece of paper
with pictures of all the releases. Warp Mart said that was
only on the vinyl but it's clearly inside the packaging for
the CD. So I've got my doubts that that's what it is. Anyone
else received it?

gigi: if you pre-ordered, then oyu deserve dial p... bitch
at warp (somewhat nicely) and they ought to rectify it.

its hella good, id bitch em out for it.

I've been told it's posted though. I can't really say a lot
until I know for sure that it's not going to come from being
lost in the post.

Mangle 11 kicks ass.

yeah, i ve heard a few people slag it as being a drukqs
reject, but after afew lsitens, it really opens itself up a
bit and reveals a much more soft inside.

*hopefully* i will get a free Rephlexions compilation if i
go to this Rephlex gig in London :)

the gruff exterior of the track really hides an interior i
find to be challenging and almost gaseous in its
transluscence. its very soft inside, and quiet pink & green

Talking of dial p, there was a plaid track from spokes
played on john peel's show last night.

My maternal parent unit has informed that there is a
WarpMart package waiting for me. It's either the Slipmats I
ordered OR the Dial P

*crosses fingers*

I want my faith in WarpMART restored.

No word on this poster malarkey then?

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2003-11-07 03:53 [#00938895]

im expecting another package (with rephlexions among others)
to arrive tomorrow or monday, so if there's another dial p
included in that package and your maternal parent unit is
wrong i could send you one copy...

I ordered Saw85-92 through a record store in Newfoundland,
and it took probably 4 months to get in...

dont get too happy too soon though :)
i yet have to get that...i mean i dont know when this
package that arrived today was sent, so if it was perhaps
sent before yours they might really run out of dial p's
but warpmart are pretty confused sometimes so hopefuly i'll
get another copy :)

go to rephlex.com!

I just bought Rephlexions in my store, and it really ROCKS.
Normally i hate compilation cd's, but AFX pushed me over the
line. I wondered though, are these all exclusive tracks? I
haven't read other threads, don't blame me

i think rdj's and vibert's tracks are the only two
exclusive
i havent heard leila's one on her previous releases either
i know some other were previously released tho: bogdan's,
astrobotnia's,...

Not as good as The Braindance Coincidence but pretty good
anyway. I like the track that goes "You can't fake it, you
either have it or you don't" and the Amen Andrews tune's
pretty nice.

Mangle doesn't do much for me. I'd dance to it, it's fine to
listen to but it's a bit of a watery tune. I love the
beginning sounds though.

Mangle is aptly named. It sounds like a combination of all
the best tracks from Drukqs
