Hi folks, can someone please give me the titles of two or
more anime films that are CGI, one done in a cell shaded
style without texturing (just whole colour and shaded) and
another that uses textured 3d characters?

No hentai please as this is for an academic essay. cheers.

Gonzo Cel-Shaded Anime Series

Blue Submarine No. 6 (Licensed to Bandai Entertainment )
Full Metal Panic! (Licensed to ADV Films )
Gatekeepers 21 (Licensed to Pioneer Animation )
Vandread (Licensed to Pioneer Animation )

These 4 series all combine 3D computer animation with cel
animation, and it looks perfect. Toonami called it "the
future of anime"
