I just used my friend's "Rohto Zi" eye drops, and I swear to god, this shit is basically crack in a bottle. Well, I'm not sure how much it's actually like crack, as I've never done crack, but you get the idea. Basically you get a very strange, intense almost high-like feeling in your eyes for the 5 or so seconds that this stuff is taking effect. Man, I swear I don't know how this stuff is sold over the counter. On the plus side it omes in a nifty flat, square shaped bottle.

haha, no problem dude, and im definately going to use that as a song title:
"a high in your eye" .. awesome
and no, they are "medicated" eye drops.. who knows what the hell that means, and yes, its a strangely psychadelic high.

its almost like the coming up of a weed high compacted into 5 seconds, almost debilitating for a second, but my eyes feel pretty good now.

its hard to explain... for the first seconds immediately after using it, I had to close my eyes really tight due to some form of stimulus, so vision is effectively blinded until you can manage to open your eyes again. I wouldn't describe it as good orbad, just weird.
