Man, I love these old school tunes. Give Compartments some love. I dig the strings on the first bit, and the percussion later on. -J- seal of approval.

Dude, I digged the Groundhog day samples, i've listening to all but acid kompressor which is playing now... liked the first 2 a lot.
Acid Kompressor: I like the Moogy bass you started with... though the sample in the beginning of kompressor gets old quite fast. Overall, its pretty good though.

I said I'd post my comments didn't I :)
Acid Kompressor:
Like the squelchy bass line, the now customary sample also gives it an interesting vibe. Kicks in just the right time, leading to a Hyperspace vibe ;) When it gains momentum with the abrasive melody I'd like to hear some harsh snares enter, but apparently that's not gonna happen :D Perhaps just as well as the closing moments are more good vibes than go mental.
Compartments: More typical PFS this time, with the customary lo-fi beats and the off kilter, twisted melodies forming an eerie atmosphere. It runs the danger of losing all sense before some dark strings give way to a pulsing, throbbing beat. Hear this on headphones and hurt your head. A bouncy almost jovial vibe is nearly but not completely shattered by Murray's desperate sample. The mood swings back and forth right to the ambigious ending. More PFS weirdness, a success in my opinion.
Fine Day:
The previous track when I first heard it sounded like a remix to me, so I was pleasantly surprised at this. The harsh, steel sounds at the start lead almost immediately into the vocals which are instantly recognizable. I think this is deserved of being a single b-side, a fine remix which again switches atmospheres effortlessly. The right mix of despair and optimism. And of course, the obligatory twisting of the melody at the end! I'm not always keen on Paul's work but I was pleased with these three tracks, good stuff.

Sorry pfs, it doesn't do much for me.
It sounds like a slightly processed KLF tune with an over - repetative sample.
I heartily welcome Bill Murray's foray's into the music industry, but not when he's so awkwardly William S. Burroughs.

acid kompressor - hated it
compartments - way better, decent textures and beat organization, the only thing i didn't like was the repeating voice sample with the reverb on it.
fine day - very good job of using a voice sample in a song. Its sings rather than repeatidly telling you to go fuck yourself. Nice atmospheres. I liked this one the best.

after the legendary 2nd bump out of 7 allotted bumps, I think I can finally give my review.
so here it is - in alphabetical order.
acid compressor: like how this starts dampened and then suddenly opens up. you could drop the voice-sample, I don't think it adds a lot.
in the end I think I would've liked it more if the track would've been HARDER, to really make it scream and stomp. it's almost as if you don't dare to make that step, I don't know.
compartments: is this supposed to be mixed so quietly? I have to crank up the volume to hear it at a normal level. just wondering.
anyway - I didn't like the beginning with all the synthy bits - I really dislike that artificial sound. there's not a lot you can do about that, maybe create custom synth sounds.
I think it picks up at 1:35, with the little beat coming in, like the development in that. But I have to scream NOOOO!! to the Groundhog Day-samples. samples with a lot of reverb on them, that to me really is so ugly and outdated. and then those floaty synths - oh dear, no.
so in short - I did not like this one.
fine day: nice opening with the beat. has a nice artificial sound, nice and 'close to the ear', makes it kind of claustrophobic.
but then the melodies you introduce don't do a lot for me. although the detoning at the end is nice - you could've done that the whole track!! :P
I do not particularily dislike this, it's leaves me more or less indifferent.
mm. so I guess the whole didn't do a lot for me. I feel like you could 'let it rip' more, take more chances, let yourself go more.
to make a comparison - your stuff sounds like it's on the way to LFO, but LFO really let's it rip, makes up the full arc, so to speak.

As I was making the final two tracks, i was aware that it was sounding a bit LFOey - thanks for the good comments, Alex, this is a new direction for me, and I'm just getting to grips with it - you're dead right in all you say
Compartments IS meant to be quite btw :)
