k, it's a district here in tokyo. Really decent night life, decent bars, and clubs. A few nights ago i was in shinjuku and was partying with a friend of mine at this hostess bar. he had a woman, and i bought a few drinks. (i was wanting to get REAL fucked up) i ended up buying 5 shots of tequilla, and my freind some red whine for his woman/hooker. I was already plastered off my ass before i went in (4 skredrivers, and 4 kaluahs) so the extra drinks were WAY over the top. after a short hazy night, i found myself awake in my room with a hangover and a reciept in my name from my debit card totalling 80,000 yen!!! (roughly 750$ [1$ is about 106 yen right now]) believe me, decently pissed. and my friend is lying his ass of about what happened. (god i hate when i bring low lifes with me to go clubbing and they try to backstab me when they get some of my table scraps). i've set up an appointment with my lawer. the shit's gonna fly! |

it was ocis, near the jr station. to make matters worse MY FRIEND HAD THEM CHARGE ME!!!!! he confessed to my attorney when i intorduced the two for a witness testamony! because i physically signed the bill some snages are in the works. i honestly want to murder him. |

that's where the snag comes into play. me being intoxicated way beyond my ability to reasonalby/rationaly comprehend was taken full advantage by him. Since I had to sign (it was my card being used, i just handed it to him so i could pay a LEGIT FUCKING PRICE, and get the fuck outta there) my atorney says that he most likely gets off scott free, but my atourney's looking into things. |

weird shit.. Is that a japanese attorney? I am not entirely sure i believe this - getting an attorny in japan is going to cost you far more than the 40,000 yen which it sounds like your friend owes you... What are you doing in Japan anyway nanotech - are you riding the eikaiwa bus? |
