Ok. Maybe this one has been up before, but could it be possible to have a "simple" version of the discography, like at the old afx.nu-site, where there is only one version of each release? making a filter or something? Or is it too much work?

I also like that idea.
one picture that identifies an album, and then once you click in it you can see all the diferent releases of that same album

we've thought of that too.... but it would mean quite a lot work since we need to redesign the engine a bit.
but in theory i know how to design it.

The ability to rate albums independant of rating individual tracks or maybe that could influence track ratings too with some kind of weighting applyed so that these 'general' ratings don't affect individual track ratings so much?
Did that make sense?

i'd prefer track-rating before album-rating.

It would be cool if you could submit reviews, like amazon and stuff like =oD
You could search for different users ratings/reviews too see what they think of particular artists, so if you have similar tastes as another member you can look up their reviews

Do you think you could build in an 'Irron Anus Presley's Clothes And Cook His Dinnerr' function?

like i've said before, i hate those commercial reviews... and the release discussion threads on this site are more or less replacements for them....
that, with the addition of ratings would prolly guide you to some interesting stuff.
